What we don't do.
Most of what a clinic tells you is what it offers. This is the other list: the things we will not sell you, will not publish, and will not claim — and the reason for each. Some of it is the law. Some of it is a choice that costs us money.
Things the law does not allow.
These apply to every clinic in Australia. We mention them because people notice the absences and assume we simply do not offer the treatments, or that something is being hidden.
- We do not name injectable treatments anywhere on this site
- Not the products, not the prices, not the areas. Australian law prohibits advertising prescription-only medicines to the public, directly or indirectly — and a page offering one is a form of advertising it, even without naming a brand.
- We do not publish testimonials about clinical care
- Reviews about a regulated health service are prohibited. It is why cosmetic clinics look strangely quiet compared to every other business you deal with.
- We do not show before-and-after images for prescription-only treatments
- Restricted under AHPRA's cosmetic procedure guidelines, in force since September 2025.
- We do not diagnose
- We describe what your skin is doing. Naming a condition is diagnosis and it belongs to medicine. If something looks like it needs a doctor, we say so and stop — and that referral is not part of what you paid for.
Things we could do, and don't.
Nothing below is required of us. Each one is legal, normal in this industry, and would make us money.
- Nobody here is paid to treat you
- No commission, no treatment targets, no bonus tied to what you spend. It is the reason the rest of this page is affordable — a clinician paid on volume finds clinical reasons to treat, not dishonestly, but because incentives shape judgement before judgement notices.
- No discounts, packages or entry offers
- No first-visit rate, no bundles, no membership that lowers a price. The consultation is $150 and it is $150 for everyone, every time.
- No free consultation
- A free assessment has to be paid for by what it sells. Ours is the product, not the doorway to one, and you leave holding the plan whether or not you book anything.
- No prices on enquiry
- Every price is published in full. A price you have to ring for is a price that changes depending on who is asking.
- We do not tell you that doing nothing will cost you
- Not ageing faster, not looking worse, not being left behind. The honest cost of waiting is money and time spent on the wrong things — and sometimes waiting is the right answer.
- We do not promise outcomes
- No guarantees, no "risk-free", and we do not describe anything as safe. Every treatment carries risk and some people see no change at all.
- We will not build you a routine from a web page
- Plenty of sites will. What they cannot do is look at your skin, and the answer changes completely once someone has.
- Sometimes we recommend nothing
- A reasonable number of consultations end with a change to skincare and no treatment booked, or with waiting eight weeks before deciding. That is a legitimate outcome, not a failed appointment.
Treatments we have stopped offering.
As of August 2026, two treatments are not available here while we get an answer to a regulatory question we raised ourselves. Nobody asked us to. We would rather lose the revenue than find out later that we should have.
We are not naming them here. One of the two is given by injection, and this site does not name injectable treatments — including ones we have taken off the menu. If you were booked for something and it is affected, you have already been told directly.
