These terms apply when you use this website, book an appointment, or buy something from our store. Glow Cosmetique is operated by Glow Cosmetique Queensland Pty Ltd [TALIHA: ABN], at 23 Ebony Cl, Springvale VIC 3171.

Using the site or booking with us means you accept these terms. The cancellation policy and the privacy policy are part of them, and each is published in full on its own page.

Glow Cosmetique provides skin consultations and skin treatments, carried out in clinic by a registered nurse. The first appointment is a consultation: ninety minutes, $150, ending in a written skin plan that is yours to keep. Treatment is optional and follows the plan.

Whether a particular treatment suits you is decided at consultation, after assessment — not on this website, and not at the point of booking. Sometimes the recommendation is to wait. That is part of the service, not a failure of it.

Appointments can be booked through this website or by phone on 0466 310 045. Booking a consultation does not commit you to any treatment — the consultation is a complete appointment on its own.

Prices are published in full on the pricing page, in Australian dollars. The price on the page is the price in the room — no packages, no quotes on request. The $150 consultation fee is not credited against later treatment; the assessment and the written plan are the product.

Skincare products bought from our store come with the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies where goods are faulty. Nothing in these terms reduces those guarantees.

Your skin plan is different. That document is yours — to keep, to take to another clinic, or to use at home.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other right or remedy you have that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — including that they will be provided with due care and skill.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for a failure that is not a consumer-guarantee failure is limited to supplying the service again, or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

No. Skin responds over time, and it varies — with season, environment and timing. A plan records what an assessment found and what is expected to follow. It is not a promise of a particular outcome, and nothing on this website should be read as one.

Yes. When they do, the updated version is published on this page with its date, and a booking is governed by the version in force when it was made. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
