Compression recovery is a sixty-minute session in pneumatic compression boots, priced at $100. The boots are inflatable sleeves worn over the legs. A pump fills and empties the chambers in sequence, so pressure moves from the feet upward, holds, and releases. You stay clothed and seated.
It is a single appointment, not a course. There is no package to buy, no block of sessions, and no schedule you are expected to keep.
It also sits outside skin planning. A compression session is booked for what it is. If the question you actually have is about your skin, the $150 consultation is the appointment for that.

- Compression is not appropriate for everyone. A short set of questions is asked before the boots go on, and the session does not go ahead if the answers say it shouldn’t. What happens in a session?
Sixty minutes, three parts, and most of it is you sitting still. You can ask for the session to stop at any point, and it stops.
A short check of anything that would make compression unsuitable, then the sleeves are fitted over both legs. You stay in your own clothes.
The pump inflates and releases each chamber in sequence, from the feet upward. Pressure builds, holds, and eases. You stay seated for the hour. [TALIHA: is the pressure level adjustable during the session, and is it set by the client or by the nurse?]
