Skincare Regime Planning.
Skincare Regime Planning is a $150 consultation with a registered nurse about what you use at home. It starts with what’s on your shelf now, assesses what your skin is doing, and ends in a written regime — what to use, in what order, and what to drop. No treatment is part of it.
Is this the one for me?
This is for the cabinet of products that were never matched to your skin. You’ve bought things on recommendation, on reviews, on whatever was convincing at the time — and you still can’t say which of them your skin actually needs, or in what order to use them.
It also suits people who don’t want treatment at all. A regime consultation ends in a written routine, not a treatment recommendation. If the assessment suggests something beyond skincare, it goes in the plan as a note — the decision stays yours.
What happens?
The consultation starts with what you use now, because the regime has to fit a real routine, not an ideal one. [TALIHA: confirm whether clients should bring their current products, or a list, to the appointment]
Your current products and how you actually use them — morning, night, and the steps that get skipped when life is busy.
A registered nurse assesses what your skin is doing now and what it can take — because the right regime depends on capacity, not ambition.
What to use, in what order, at what time of day — and what to drop. Kept simple enough to follow on an ordinary Tuesday.
What do I leave with?
A written regime that’s yours to keep. It records what the assessment found and what follows from it — including the products already in your cabinet that earn their place. It is not a shopping list. If something you already own suits your skin, the plan says keep it.
